We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team and lead the testing efforts for our Workday HR implementation.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the testing efforts for Workday HR implementation projects.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Workday HR solutions.
- Identify and document defects, track their resolution, and ensure timely closure.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business analysts.
- Coordinate with business teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.
- Guide and support testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead in Workday HR implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HR modules and functionalities.
- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) support, business coordination, defect management, and guiding teams.

- Achieve 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, maintain throughput %, and adhere to schedule.
- Ensure quality and CSAT, focusing on customer experience, and complete assigned certifications for skill upgradation.
