Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Development: Deliver complex technical solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
2. Platform Support: Handle operational activities such as incident resolution, upgrades, and maintenance.
3. Peer Checking: Review colleagues\’ deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions.
5. Team Participation: Engage in DevOps ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.

Essential Experience

1. Experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform, especially ITSM and ITOM modules.
2. Knowledge of integrating external platforms/data into ServiceNow.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
4. Experience with ServiceNow modules like HR, SecOps, CMDB, or Virtual Agent.
5. Use of ServiceNow Catalog Builder and Flow Designer.
6. Experience working in a DevOps environment.
7. Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
