Role : Veeva Commercial Pharma Business Analyst

3-4 days WFO
â ¢ Min 8+ years of experience in the IT industry in professional services with deep domain experience in Pharma commercial business processes and associated technology platforms and systems that support the business
â ¢ Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization
â ¢ Experience in the Veeva Commercial product such as Veeva CRM, Veeva PromoMats and Medcoms as Business Analyst
â ¢ Experience in working with Medical Legal Regulatory process
â ¢ The Commercial Pharma Business Analyst will be responsible for soliciting and documenting requirements
â ¢ Partner with client Commercial Sales and Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders to develop business processes and implement related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities
â ¢ Document Business and Functional Requirements
â ¢ Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Veeva CRM & Vault and related technologies
â ¢ Developing system/user testing scenarios and checklists based on the business process and requirements
â ¢ Assist with updates of user training documentation - Quick Reference Guides; User Guides.
