About Test Partnership
We help HR teams make smarter hiring decisions using predictive behavioural science – faster, fairer, and more effectively. Our technology-powered assessments are trusted by thousands of in-house HR teams, and we pair this with friendly, human support that clients love. We’re now looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us bring our solution to more of the right people, fast. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape how outbound is done at Test Partnership—and lay the foundation for future growth.
What you'll do
- Own top-of-funnel outreach: identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects
- Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other creative channels
- Work closely with the founder to experiment with messaging and iterate quickly
- Book meetings and hand over warm, qualified leads to our technical sales team
- Track activity and performance, using insights to improve outreach
- Help define and build the SDR workflow as the business scales
- Experiment with new tools like prospecting tools, automations, CRM addons, email drip campaigns, LinkedIn plugins etc.

What We Offer
- Salary: £35,000 basic + performance bonus (£50,000 OTE)
- Hybrid working: Two days per week in our London office, remote working the rest of the week.
- Employer pension contributions: 5%
