What are we looking for in this position?

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Develop creative and tailored account strategies to maximise client value and drive business growth.
  • Oversee client satisfaction, ensuring that expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers and Study Directors to ensure smooth account handover and timely study delivery.
  • Prepare and present client proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Proactively conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the company's CRM system is kept up to date at all times.
