Working closely with a committed and professional Service team, you will provide key administrative and operational support across the business, requiring strong organisation, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to enquiries through shared service inboxes, escalating issues where .
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Maintain accurate customer, service, and operational records across company systems.
  • Support field service engineers with day-to-day administrative and operational queries.
  • Escalate and assist in resolving customer, operational, and commercial issues.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service across all interactions.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support effective service delivery.
  • Produce and maintain service documentation, reports, and records.
  • Support compliance with company procedures, policies, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service administration processes and efficiency.


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Service Administration, Coordination, or Customer Service role.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and administration.
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
