Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research new sales opportunities across target industries.
  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate interest.
  • Develop relationships and manage early-stage prospecting activities.
  • Schedule Discovery Calls for Key Account Managers/Technical Account Managers/Bid Manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximise lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress against KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with company offerings and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline and sales progress to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a business development, sales, or lead-generation role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident phone manner and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in high volume outreach through a multi-channel approach.
  • Ability to work to targets and manage your own time effectively.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is desirable.
  • Passion for building relationships and a drive to grow within a fast-paced environment.
