Business Analysts are typically embedded within our delivery teams, or within a client’s team, to serve as a bridge between business needs, user needs and technical limitations, so that requirements and solutions deliver the desired outcomes. At least 3 years’ commercial experience as a Business Analyst Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments Effective relationship-building, communication, management, collaboration and team skills The ability to understand and interpret different functions inside an organisation, in order to determine business needs, requirements, ideation etc Must be proficient in using various business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards A TDS Business Analyst must have excellent soft skills and be able to use communication and their interpersonal skills at different phases of the project, for example: at launch, while collecting business/user requirements, when collaborating with stakeholders, while validating the final solution, and so on.
