About the role: We are a Software Consultancy, delivering highly skilled consultants to support client business needs. Test Driven Solutions has built a close‑knit culture over 5+ years, delivering across a variety of green and brown field projects using the latest cutting‑edge technologies. We work within both private and public sectors, including financial services, government, healthcare, gaming, education, property, broadcasting and renewable energy organisations. The company is continuously growing, recently winning new clients and running an internal project.
Our values foster a family ethos; we meet regularly online and in person at monthly social events, which strengthen team connections. We also organise major away weekends, having visited Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Riga, and Dublin. Staff are based in Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Wroclaw and Calgary. Headquarters sit on the Quayside of Newcastle, with additional offices in Scotland and remote work options for Wroclaw and Calgary. Although we support a hybrid model, some client projects may require onsite presence.
Responsibilities:
- Uncover new business opportunities, nurture prospective client relationships and assist with proposal and pitch development.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business, including prospecting and contacting stakeholders (C‑suite) via LinkedIn, email campaigns and proactive calling.
- Prepare technical proposals, bids and commercial documents with support from technical SMEs and senior leaders, and present them to client stakeholders.
- Close qualified opportunities and support the handover of new clients.
