We specialize in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions for clients across various industries. We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to develop and grow long‑lasting relationships with our existing customers.
Location: Newcastle, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver account strategies that maximize revenue growth, increase client satisfaction, and ensure account retention year on year.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, building long‑term strategies for solution delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to ensure high levels of retention and promptly resolve issues.
- Define and execute account strategies to upsell into your assigned client base, including new teams, departments, or subsidiaries.
- Track and analyze account metrics, providing regular and detailed reporting to guide insights and innovation.
- Own and manage the financial performance of your accounts and contribute to forecasting of account growth with sales and finance.
- Ensure that services, solutions, and resources delivered meet client expectations, and leverage opportunities to innovate delivery.
- Regularly engage with customer teams face‑to‑face, fostering relationships that have long‑term potential across the UK, Central Europe, or North America.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management in IT or digital consultancies.
- Strong understanding of the services we offer and the sectors we operate in.
- Ability to operate at pace, with regularly updating plans and initiatives.
- Proven capability to build relationships at all levels, including C‑suite.
- Comfortable leading the creation and presentation of technical proposals and pitches with clients.
- Commercial understanding of fee structures, pricing models, and forecasting.
- Enterprise customer experience ideal, with a background in financial services, public sector, or multinational private sector organizations.
