About the Role
A User Researcher will uncover user needs, behaviours and motivations to shape evidence‑based, user‑centred digital services.
You will plan and conduct research, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and champion user‑centred design across the organisation while supporting agile, iterative delivery.
Qualities and Experience
We are looking for user researchers with a combination of the following skills, and encourage all applicants, even if you don’t tick all the boxes.
- Experience planning and conducting qualitative and/or quantitative user research.
- Knowledge of a range of research methods and when to apply them.
- Ability to analyse research data and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience designing and running usability testing.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive research practices.
- Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Ability to recruit and engage diverse participant groups.
- Familiarity with research tools, recording methods, and insight reporting techniques.
