About the Role: Business Analysts are typically embedded within delivery teams or client teams to bridge business needs, user needs, and technical limitations, ensuring requirements and solutions deliver the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Effective relationship‑building, communication, management, collaboration and team skills.
  • Understanding customers and guiding them to the best solution through workshopping, mapping, interviews etc.
  • Ability to understand and interpret different functions inside an organisation to determine business needs, requirements, ideation etc.
  • Produce appropriate and comprehensive documentation that supports and informs upcoming work.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo.
  • Proficient in using various business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards.
  • Sound knowledge of tools such as Jira and Visio to best industry practice.
  • Excellent soft skills and ability to use communication and interpersonal skills at different project phases (launch, requirement collection, stakeholder collaboration, solution validation).
  • Consultative and rapport‑building skills.
