As an early member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how software is created and maintained. In this role, you’ll primarily be an internal user of our product, providing feedback to our engineering team and creating and promoting high-quality Tessl-centric content that helps developers better understand and utilize AI Native Development practices with our product. A core part of this role is to collaborate with the community and industry vendors to showcase some of the best practices, as well as nurturing our users to share their own thoughts and creations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active User: Be immersed in the Tessl product and community, learning firsthand to create compelling learning experiences for internal and external groups to follow.

- Community Collaboration: Engage with users and partners to help and highlight their integrations and successes with the product.
- AI Developer Tooling: Play with, test, and explore various AI-powered tools for developers.
- Developer Relations: Participate in various Developer Relations activities, including webinars and podcasts, and engage with the developer community through forums and social media platforms.
What You’ll Need:
- Passion for AI: A natural curiosity and love for exploring and testing AI-powered development tools.
- Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging technical content that appeals to developers.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work with internal teams, vendors, and community members to create and curate content.
- Development Skills: Familiarity with software development and modern dev tools, and an eagerness to learn more. No need to be an expert, but some hands-on experience is preferred.
- Growth Mindset: Embrace challenges and seek opportunities for learning and improvement.
Nice to Have:
- Community Engagement: Experience (or interest) in working with open-source communities, as well as via Discord etc
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
