Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consulting Director based in Leeds or Manchester, with flexibility for remote work.
The Consulting Director will be responsible for originating and leading client engagements, delivering high-impact transformation projects, managing teams, and advising clients on complex business challenges.
Day-to-day tasks include supporting strategy development, overseeing project execution, fostering client relationships, and ensuring measurable value delivery.
The role requires working collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and senior advisors to craft and implement solutions that drive operational and organisational growth.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting with a deep understanding of delivering actionable solutions and transformation projects.
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and providing insight-driven strategies.
Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership, including motivating teams, driving collaboration, and managing diverse stakeholders.
Experience in business development both within existing clients and initiating new client conversations.
