Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for customers.
- Run the day-to-day processes of the branch.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Proactive selling on the telephone.
- Advise and assist customers at the Trade Counter.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
- Process enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline.
- Create proactive trade counter promotions to customers to maximise the growth of the branch.
