Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers.
  • Run the day-to-day processes of the branch.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Proactive selling on the telephone.
  • Advise and assist customers at the Trade Counter.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
  • Process enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline.
  • Create proactive trade counter promotions to customers to maximise the growth of the branch.
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Selling ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound organisational skills.
  • Professional manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of our range of products & their uses.
  • Desirable: Good knowledge of computers and MS Office suite.
