Job Description: Do you have a passion for Sales? Are you motivated by results? We are actively looking to appoint an Internal Sales person to join our successful team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment where you can really make a difference whilst supplying our customers with the highest standard of service and information, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role, the Internal Sales Person will often be the first point of contact the customer has. You will come to us with a professional sales manner and the ability to maintain and grow our existing customer base.
Duties involve:
- Managing a high volume of lower spend accounts
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Processing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline
- Proactive promotional calling to customers and prospects is required to maximise the growth of the region
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role
- A sales person who is able to demonstrate a proven sales record
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic and professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Able to work using your own initiative within a demanding target driven environment
- Good knowledge of computer programmes
Desirable:
- Experience of our products would be very advantageous but absolutely not essential as full training will be provided.
