Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our team at Alfreton! You'll have the challenge of maintaining our current customer base as well as growing it, with a strong team both in branch and in our internal/external sales teams to support you all the way.
Qualifications
- Current Branch Supervisor/Manager (or assistant looking to develop your career) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry.
- Experienced in leading a small team, sales-focused, understand branch operations (including H&S) and be customer centric.
- Expert local knowledge of the Alfreton area.
- Proven track record of legitimacy and success within the merchant industry.
