The Role

We are looking for a capable and motivated web developer to join our team. You will work closely with our design team and alongside other developers to turn creative concepts into high-quality websites, with guidance and support from more experienced developers as you continue to develop your skills.

Location

This is a studio-based role in Norwich. Applicants should either already be within a reasonable commuting distance or be planning a relocation.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • PHP and WordPress theme development experience
  • Confident HTML5 / CSS3 (SASS)
  • JavaScript (including jQuery)
  • Good working knowledge of MySQL
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • Competent in using macOS
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with designers and non-technical team members

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with containerisation tools such as Docker
  • Comfortable working with the command line
  • Experience using package management tools such as NPM
  • Experience integrating third party REST APIs
