Job Summary

The Home Goods Team Leader oversees the stocking team and ensures the efficient management of the grocery and snacks department. This role involves leading the team, managing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring product displays meet company standards. The Grocery/Snacks Team Leader works closely with store management to optimize sales and maintain high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and support grocery/snacks stockers to ensure efficient stocking and organization of products.

2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and ensure all products are rotated properly to prevent expired or outdated goods from being sold.

3. Collaborate with store management to improve product selection and merchandising strategies.

4. Lead team meetings to discuss department goals, challenges, and improvements.

5. May be requested to work in other locations from time to time
6. Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.

2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Must have open availability, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
