Are you a creative UI Developer with a strong appreciation of responsive UI design? You could be progressing your career at a growing games / gambling site, whilst enjoying a range of benefits and perks.
As a UI Developer you will collaborate closely with UI Designers, bridging the gap between design and engineering to build reusable UI components that present a cohesive visual style and deliver consistent customer experiences. You will own the architecture, development and evolution of the design system, empowering teams across the organisation to build interfaces rapidly and reliably, championing accessibility and design best practices throughout the development process.
Location / WFH
There is a hybrid work from home policy with 2-3 days a week; when you are in the office you will be collaborating with fellow technologists in a relaxed environment in custom built offices in Sunderland with a range of facilities and perks including free meals at the onsite restaurant as well as membership at the onsite gym.
About You
- You have experience with modern front end tools and development languages including TypeScript, Vite, Lit, HTML, CSS, PostCSS, SASS.
- You have experience with component driven architecture.
- You have a deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards, e.g. WCAG, ARIA.
- You keep up to date with best practices and emerging technologies within front end engineering.
- You are collaborative with great communication skills.
