Position Overview We are currently seeking individuals to lead our centre\’s academic team and oversee the academic aspects of our programmes this summer. Requirements Undergraduate Degree and DELTA or DipTESOL or equivalent Desired Skills and Experience Previous summer school and management experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain aspects of English language clearly Strong organizational skills Team leadership and motivation abilities Flexibility and adaptability in a busy environment Must-Have Qualifications Right to work in the UK Willingness to obtain a valid DBS Minimum age of 18 Availability to work 48 hours per week during the last week of June and all of July, including evenings and weekends Ability to live and work on-site with provided accommodation and full board Additional Information All staff are expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide references.
