Requirements
- Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
- Teaching qualification (PGCE/PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, though not essential for some vocational roles
- Experience teaching or training within FE, post-16 or adult learning settings
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required
