Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate ESOL/TEFL Teacher to deliver engaging, differentiated English language lessons in a welcoming mainstream education setting. The role includes long‑term cover and permanent positions, depending on the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English language lessons to learners from a range of backgrounds and abilities.
- Assess learner progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
- Support learners with varying language abilities and contribute positively to the wider learning environment.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Recognised ESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching ESOL/EAL learners within the UK or overseas.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, learner‑focused lessons.
- Experience assessing learner progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- A positive, flexible and supportive approach to teaching.
