Weβre seeking an EFL Director of Studies to oversee our successful English Language Programme, which combines classroom lessons, excursions, and outdoor activities to create engaging learning experiences. You will manage a team of EFL teachers, contribute to teaching, and ensure the delivery of fun, safe, and well-structured courses at our centres. You will receive support through a 4-day induction, ongoing CPD reviews, and central assistance from our Academic Manager. Pre-written courses (A1-B2 levels) will assist your teaching team, making this role an excellent entry into academic management.
Requirements
- Cambridge DELTA/Trinity Diploma, TESOL/TEFL Q, PGCE plus CELTA or equivalent.
- Experience in classroom-based teaching.
- Previous management experience, including task and objective setting.
- Organized, self-motivated, and diligent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between centres (desirable).
