We are seeking passionate and skilled Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teachers to work across schools in Medway and Maidstone. You will be responsible for delivering engaging language lessons, supporting students’ cultural understanding, and helping them develop strong communication skills in their chosen language(s).
We welcome teachers of French, Spanish, German, or multiple languages - including both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Responsibilities- Planning and delivering high-quality MFL lessons
- Teaching French, Spanish or German to KS3-KS4 pupils (KS5 desirable but not essential)
- Creating an inclusive, interactive and culturally rich learning environment
- Assessing and tracking student progress
- Supporting students with varying abilities and learning needs
- Participating in department meetings and contributing to curriculum development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching MFL in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge in at least one modern foreign language
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
