- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs
- Promote positive behaviour and professional standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Support learners with their progression into employment, apprenticeships or further study
- Who We're Looking For
- Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent is desirable, although not essential for some vocational subjects
- Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners is desirable
- Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting learners and delivering high-quality teaching
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
