The role focuses on leading SEND provision, managing the SEND register and coordinating annual reviews, EHCPs and interagency collaboration.
The ideal candidate holds QTS and NASENCO or is willing to pursue it, with proven SENCO experience in a secondary setting and a passion for improving outcomes for students with additional needs.
