Connex Education is seeking to appoint a Food Technology Teacher who brings strong subject knowledge and passion for inspiring students while also demonstrating patience, resilience, and compassion that are central to our school ethos. The role starts on the 5th of January 2026 and is a long term booking, potentially running till the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Food Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4, tailored to small groups and individual needs.
- Differentiated teaching to support students with social, emotional, and special educational needs (SEN).
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom that promotes confidence, curiosity, and positive behaviour.
- Use creative and practical approaches to make Science meaningful and enjoyable.
- Assess, mark, and provide regular feedback to track and improve student progress.

Role Requirements
- QTS – Qualified Teaching Status
- Previous experience working in educational settings is essential
