We are seeking to expand our Hourly Paid Lecturer Pool and invite applications from enthusiastic, skilled, and industry-experienced professionals across a range of subject areas. As part of our Hourly Paid Lecturer Pool, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning on an ad hoc basis to support curriculum delivery across the College. Opportunities may arise across a variety of subject areas, depending on business needs. You will play a key role in supporting student success, delivering engaging sessions, and contributing to a positive learning experience.

- Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet learner needs

To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£31,837 - £48,160), you must hold one of the following teaching qualifications:
- DTTLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
- Certificate in Education
- PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
- ProfGCE (Professional Graduate Certificate in Education)
- DET (Diploma in Education and Training)
- DiT (Diploma in Teaching) - if for a vocational subject
If you do not hold one of the above qualifications, you will fall into our Unqualified Lecturer salary banding (£26,661 - £29,998).
