Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Connex Education are currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Taunton and nearby areas from September 2026. Opportunities are available on a flexible day-to-day supply basis, alongside short-term and long-term placements.
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Work with children individually and in small groups
- Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage pupils’ academic, social and emotional development

Qualifications and Requirements:
