We are partnering with a supportive and welcoming SEND school in Hayes that is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to support SEND pupils, working 1:1 or 1:2.
Key Responsibilities for a SEND Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting SEND pupils in KS1 or EFL, either 1:1 or 1:2
- Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents
- Offer constructive feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements
Requirements for this role:
- Previous experience working within a SEND school setting
- Experience working with children, with a reference to support it
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locally
Pay Rate: £88.94 - £95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
