Job Role: SEN Teacher

Location: Torquay

Salary: £110-£140 PER DAY

Start date: September 2025

Contract: Full-time, Long term

GSL Education is actively seeking dynamic Special Needs Teachers to bring energy and innovation to schools across Torquay. We work with both Primary and Secondary schools, welcoming all applicants from KS1-KS4 TEACHERS with QTS.

We invite dedicated individuals, regardless of qualifications, to join as Supply Teachers. Whether you are a qualified teacher, overseas or internationally trained, possess TEFL qualifications, are unqualified, experienced HLTA, Cover Supervisor, or even a university lecturer or professor, we welcome your application.

The schools offer a broad and diverse curriculum, spanning academic and vocational courses.

As a Supply Teacher, you will be expected to:

  1. Deliver effective and engaging lessons in your subject area.
  2. Adapt to different classrooms and teaching environments, creating a positive learning space.
  3. Support and empower students to excel in assignments and activities.
  4. Promote a love for learning and contribute to student well-being.

Requirements:

  • Showcase your expertise and passion in teaching, regardless of your qualifications.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
