We are looking for a dedicated ESOL Tutor to support learners in developing their English language skills. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching, confident in delivering engaging lessons, and committed to helping learners progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality ESOL lessons
- Tailor teaching to different levels and learning styles
- Support learners in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Experience teaching ESOL to adults or young people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt lessons to varied learner needs
- Relevant teaching qualification (TESOL/TEFL/PGCE or equivalent)
