ES Training is seeking a General Manager – Camps to lead our global camps operations. This strategic role is pivotal in driving the growth, quality, and innovation of our international camp programs. You\’ll oversee cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Admissions, and Finance , ensuring high standards and unforgettable student journeys.
Lead multi-site operations across the globe
Develop impactful sales & marketing strategies
Ensure educational excellence and safeguarding
Shape the long-term vision of ES Camps
Work closely with the CEO and executive team
Weβre looking for someone with:
10+ years of leadership experience in camps, youth programs, or EFL education
Proven success in scaling programs and managing global teams
Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen
Passion for innovation, education, and global impact
Location : Dubai or London
Travel required
Contract : Permanent
