We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join our curriculum team at Cadbury College on a fixed‑term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students preparing for careers within the health and care sector.
As a Lecturer in Health & Social Care, you will deliver engaging and high‑quality teaching across a range of programmes, helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for progression into employment or further study. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality Health & Social Care lessons
- Develop engaging teaching materials and learning resources

- Degree or relevant qualification in Health & Social Care or related subject
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

- Experience teaching Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications

To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£31,837 - £48,160), you must hold one of the following teaching qualifications:
- DTTLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
- Certificate in Education
- PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
- ProfGCE (Professional Graduate Certificate in Education)
- DET (Diploma in Education and Training)
- DiT (Diploma in Teaching) – if for a vocational subject
If you do not hold one of the above qualifications, you will fall into our Unqualified Lecturer salary banding (£26,661 - £29,998).
