What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a Vehicle Detailer to join our used car operations team. This position is on-site and will be responsible for executing a world-class customer experience by giving a new life to our used cars. What You\’ll Do
- Perform vehicle detailing on the entire range of vehicles at Tesla
- Utilize vehicle detailing techniques like wet sand, polish, buffing, wax, etc.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to effectively complete the work
- Maintain job equipment through regular inspections, adjustments, and certifications if necessary
- Perform administrative tasks involved in detailing, Paintless Dent Repairs (PDRs), minor rectifications, and as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including moving vehicles when necessary
- Collaborate with your team, management, and wider teams (like delivery and service) to deliver a world-class experience
What You\’ll Bring
- Experience in vehicle detailing
- Experience with performing paintless dent repairs (preferred but not required)
- Prior knowledge of detailing and workshop tools
- Eager to learn and grow in the role
- Team player willing to support others and work toward a common goal
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and organize workload
- Valid UK driver’s license
- Eligible to work in the country of the job
