The EMEA Parts Operations team is seeking a highly organized and personable Training Coordinator to manage the scheduling and organization of our growing portfolio of training programs across EMEA. The coordinator will work with our distributed team of technical trainers, content developers, and project managers to ensure that Tesla delivers high-quality, expertly organized training at multiple training locations and in multiple formats.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to flex quickly across multiple priorities, from supporting the training team to interacting with our learners. In our team, learning is much more than a classroom experience; we develop and deliver online courses, in-person training, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning resources while also cross-training and supporting a distributed network of coaches in our service field to spread our impact to the local level.
The coordinator will be familiar with the full curriculum and will ensure that the systems and processes of the training team are up-to-date, effective, and understood by all. What You’ll Do- Design and develop training courses, programs, and materials aligned with EMEA Parts Advisors’ learning objectives, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain training resources (manuals, presentations) for timely implementation and adherence to evolving process standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for training inquiries from diverse roles (e.g., Process Engineers, Parts Managers, Supervisors).
- Track new hire onboarding and manage training curricula in Tesla’s learning management system (LMS).
- Coordinate logistics (registration, cancellations, prerequisites) with field managers and learners across multiple locations and formats (online, in-person, virtual).
- Analyze training effectiveness, suggest improvements, and report on program impact to Parts Management.
- Support a distributed network of coaches to ensure localized training quality and alignment with team goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to remotely coordinate and schedule training events for large audiences (500+ people).
- Experience in frontline support for training-related questions and logistical problem-solving.
- Proven track record of managing training schedules across multiple locations and formats.
- Skilled in tracking, reporting, and analyzing training data to drive improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for documentation and system management.
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal) in English, with adaptability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and a valid driver’s license.
