The Global Retailer Performance Manager is responsible for driving performance across Mc Laren’s global retailer network through robust data governance, insight generation, and targeted intervention.
This role serves as the custodian of retailer composite data, ensuring that all retailers are motivated and enabled to report accurately, consistently, and on time.
By establishing strong compliance and data integrity, the role creates a reliable foundation for performance analysis.
Leveraging this data, the Global Retailer Performance Manager conducts in-depth analysis of retailer performance across financial, operational, and customer metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the global network.
Critically, the role translates insight into action; defining clear performance initiatives and turnaround strategies for underperforming or high-potential retailers.
Working closely with regional teams and retailers, the individual drives the implementation of targeted improvement plans, ensuring tangible and sustained uplift in retailer performance.
