What To Expect
As the Store Manager, you are a high-performing, energetic member of the leadership team in your market, reporting to the Sales Leader in your country. You are responsible for the flawless execution of your location, hitting all targets. You have a talent for developing and guiding people to excel in their roles. You are a front-line leader involved in daily store operations, customer interactions, and team management. You will support your team through training, coaching, motivating, and analyzing sales performance. You possess a keen eye for operational details and the skills to implement improvements. You can operate independently but work closely with the Sales and Delivery leadership in your country.
What You\’ll Do
Business Performance & Health
- Partner with Store leadership to communicate and execute vision, business needs, and strategies
- Coach, train, and develop Sales Advisors
- Participate in all sales, delivery, and personnel activities under supervision
- Analyze data to track and manage progress
- Maintain operational overview and translate business needs into actions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide input on strategic decisions
- Participate in delivery activities as needed
- Lead change management initiatives
- Ensure the team meets sales objectives, including creating sales opportunities, scheduling test drives, maintaining pipelines, and driving orders
- Seamlessly cover daily store management duties when required
Customer Experience & Brand Management
- Ensure all employees deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Enforce Tesla’s Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines
- Collaborate on key events and demand generation activities
- Manage customer escalations effectively
- Empower employees to handle challenging customer concerns
- Master presenting, selling, and delivering Tesla’s ecosystem
- Maintain facility and showroom standards
- Control store expenses and strive to reduce costs
Employee Engagement & Development
- Provide ongoing feedback on employee performance
- Coach and mentor staff, promote inclusion and team culture
- Provide performance feedback to your Area Manager
- Support training initiatives
- Assist with recruitment activities
- Ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
- Escalate people issues promptly
What You\’ll Bring
