The Recruitment Operations & Systems team are involved in a complex set of tasks within a wide range of System, Process and Operation disciplines across EMEA and the global Recruitment organization. The team plays a critical role in managing multiple initiatives that support broader organizational operations, which includes providing end‑user support for the in‑house Applicant Tracking System, contributing to the enhancement roadmap, and partnering with Product Managers and Recruiters to prioritize and support on delivering system enhancements.
As a Recruitment Operations & Systems Analyst, you will partner closely with the Recruitment Team to understand the challenges they face and convey them systematically to the Product team. You will have the opportunity to develop analytical and communication skills, as well as gain a deep understanding of the Recruitment Operations and technology landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Manage technical projects in a global setting, including project planning, tracking, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Recruitment technology system enhancement roadmap, actively participating in its development.
- Analyze patterns & identify gaps in the processes & systems, and collaborate with responsible parties (end‑users, system admins, product managers, etc.) to drive change at a system level.
- Collaborate and drive the rollout of new processes, systems, and enhancements, ensuring smooth user adoption and transition.
- Provide comprehensive end‑user support for ATS and other Recruitment systems, promptly addressing queries, issues, and knowledge gaps.
- Represent the Recruitment support function in senior management spaces and experience in providing strategic insights to leadership forums, guiding their EMEA decisions.
- Work closely with downstream HR teams and systems (Core HR, Payroll, Timekeeping) to create end‑to‑end solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or People organizations, with an emphasis on systems and processes.
- Broad understanding of how industry‑standard Applicant Tracking Systems function including CRM systems and AI‑powered tools for candidate matching and sourcing.
- Familiarity with technical project management methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, or similar.
- Initial experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Understanding of how reporting environments (e.g., Tableau) functions; SQL is a plus.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
