What You\’ll Do
- Be a product expert on Tesla vehicles and technologies, staying up to date with the latest developments and trends
- Understand the needs and preferences of each customer and provide a personalized solution that meets their requirements
- Provide detailed and transparent information about the benefits of owning a Tesla vehicle, including charging and maintenance costs, environmental impact, and driving experience
- Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and delivery timelines
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns or objections
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations and builds a long-term relationship
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Daily outbound lead generation, capturing opportunities, and managing the sales pipeline
What You\’ll Bring

- The ability to explain complex topics to customers in simple terms

- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate effectively
- Valid UK driving license held for more than 2 years
