What You\’ll Do
- Service, repair and improve: You will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles using Tesla specific software and advanced tools, often in a remote setting. Plan routes, prepare parts, load vehicle and drive out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position, mainly on the road driving to customers. Upon request, you may need to be located in a service center.
- Ensure top quality: Inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery, and work to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate: Share support and best practices with local and regional teams to improve the service experience.
- Develop: Participate in dedicated in-house training on Tesla technology and EV repair.
- Customer facing: Take ownership of customer interactions, perform basic repairs, and educate customers on technical information and vehicle usage.
What You\’ll Bring
- Technically experienced: Professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs in automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
- A good communicator: Strong English speaking and writing skills, clear and respectful communication.
- Safe to drive: Hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars) for a minimum of two years.
- Flexible: Willing to work shifts (including weekends, mornings, and evenings) and to travel to various sites and detail cars as needed.
- Eligible: to live and work in the UK or Ireland.
