Tesla is seeking a Vehicle Detailer to join our used car operations team. This position is on-site and will be responsible for executing a world-class customer experience by giving a new life to our used cars. To succeed at Tesla, you must be energetic, highly organized, and smart working. You should have a passion for the brand and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform vehicle detailing on the entire range of vehicles at Tesla
  • Utilize vehicle detailing techniques like wet sand, polish, buffing, wax, etc.
  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to effectively complete the work
  • Maintain job equipment through regular inspections, adjustments and certifications if necessary
  • Perform administrative tasks involved in detailing, paintless dent repairs (PDRs), minor rectifications and as needed otherwise
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including moving vehicles when necessary
  • Collaborate with your direct team, management, and wider teams (like delivery and service) – always going above and beyond to deliver a world-class experience

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experienced in vehicle detailing
  • Experience with painting loose dent repairs (preferred but not required)
  • Prior knowledge of detailing (and workshop) tools
  • Eager to learn and grow as needed in the function
  • Team player – willing to support others and work toward a common goal
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and organize workload
  • Valid UK driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in country of job
