Our Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout a candidate's recruitment journey. They are our front-line brand ambassadors, supporting Tesla's mission. Are you up for the challenge?
What you’ll do:
- Provide a great Candidate Experience: schedule interviews and support onboardings for candidates; go above and beyond to ensure the best candidate experience; love to solve problems and bottlenecks.
- Develop Stakeholder Engagement: provide consistent, timely, and positive support and communication to recruiters and interviewers.
- Be data‑driven and strategic: manage a data‑driven and seamless recruiting process and support initiatives that make our recruitment process more seamless and enjoyable by the candidate.
- Be 'the go-to person': eagerness to learn more about our business, processes, and everything we do turns you into the knowledge expert that guides people in the right direction.
