As our Contingent Workforce Recruiter, you'll be the organisational backbone of our temporary hiring operations across EMEA - keeping vacancies moving, suppliers accountable, and the business informed at every step. You don't need to reinvent the wheel here. You need to keep it turning - accurately, efficiently, and without dropping a single ball. This is a 6 month FTC position.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support to our temporary workforce solution across EMEA, ensuring smooth and consistent delivery across all markets in your remit.
- Take on new vacancies across diverse business areas, working at pace to close roles quickly and meet the demands of a fast-moving organisation.
- Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to gather role requirements, align on timelines, and keep them updated throughout the process.
- Act as the key link between Tesla and our external partners - maintaining strong working relationships and holding them to our standards.
- Own all administrative tasks across your vacancy portfolio, ensuring records, systems, and trackers are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Monitor KPIs and maintain regular reporting on all open vacancies, providing clear and timely updates to the business on progress and pipeline.
- Handle escalations as they arise in a calm and solution-oriented manner, resolving issues at pace and pulling in leadership support where needed.
What You'll Bring
- Experience managing a high-volume, fast-paced workload - ideally within recruitment, resourcing, or a coordination-focused role.
- Highly structured and organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and keep multiple vacancies moving simultaneously without losing accuracy.
- Strong Excel skills and a confidence with data - comfortable building and maintaining trackers, reports, and dashboards on a regular basis.
- Analytical mindset with experience working to KPIs and producing clear, consistent reporting for internal stakeholders.
- A clear and concise communicator - able to manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and hiring managers professionally and efficiently.
