As the newest member of Tesla's Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission 'to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. This is an opportunity to enroll in our in-house fast-track programme, offering a challenging and exciting hands-on experience across all core departments. Your performance will be reviewed at each rotation, equipping you with essential skills and enabling further growth beyond the 12 months. We seek motivated self-starters who thrive on accountability and innovation, supporting key business functions, exceeding targets, and contributing new ideas.
Core departments you may experience include:
- Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
- Delivery: Assisting with vehicle collections to ensure customer satisfaction
- Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
- Virtual Prep: Assisting customers before service visits, learning diagnostics and education
- Service: Introduction to common vehicle repairs
- Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
- Elective Rotation: Final rotation aligned with potential future roles
Post-programme, based on your performance, you may have opportunities to map out a future career at Tesla, including applying for full-time roles aligned with your strengths and aspirations.
