As the newest member of Tesla's Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission 'to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you're looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something more exciting, this is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in Tesla's entry-level roles. We are currently offering up to 28 vacancies across various UK & Ireland locations, including specialized roles in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business at select sites:
- London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
- South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
- Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
- Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
- Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
- Northeast: Newcastle
- Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow
- East: Cambridge (CPO)

This programme offers a challenging, hands-on experience through rotations across our core departments, with performance reviews at each stage. Itβs ideal for motivated self-starters eager to support business functions, meet targets, and bring innovative ideas. The core departments include:
- Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
- Delivery: Assisting during vehicle collection to ensure a smooth experience
- Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
- Virtual Prep: Helping customers before service visits, diagnosing faults, and educating them
- Service: Introducing vehicle repairs
- Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
- Elective Rotation: The final rotation, aligned with your future role potential
Post-programme, you may have opportunities for full-time roles based on your performance and aspirations.
