As the newest member of Tesla's Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will support Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy and help form the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you're seeking an alternative to further education, have just graduated, or are looking for a career change, this programme offers a fantastic opportunity to experience key entry-level roles at Tesla. The programme emphasizes potential over academic achievement, with mentorship from passionate industry professionals.
We are offering up to 28 vacancies across various UK & Ireland locations, with some sites specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business area:
- London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
- South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
- Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
- Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
- Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
- Northeast: Newcastle
- Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow
- East: Cambridge (CPO)
- Southwest: Bristol, Cardiff

This fast-track programme offers hands-on rotations across core departments, with performance reviews at each stage to equip you with essential skills and support your growth beyond the 12 months. Motivated self-starters who take accountability for their development will thrive, supporting business functions, exceeding targets, and bringing innovative ideas.
The core departments include:
- Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
- Delivery: Assisting customers during vehicle collection
- Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
- Virtual Prep: Helping customers before service visits, diagnosing faults, educating customers
- Service: Introduction to vehicle repairs
- Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
- Elective Rotation: Final rotation aligned with potential future roles
Post-programme, high performers may have opportunities for full-time roles aligned with their strengths and aspirations.
