As the newest member of Tesla's Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission 'to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you're looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something more exciting, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience key entry-level roles at Tesla. We are offering up to 28 vacancies across UK & Ireland locations, with some specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business area:

  • London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
  • South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
  • Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
  • Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
  • Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
  • Northeast: Newcastle
  • Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow
  • East: Cambridge (CPO)
  • Southwest: Bristol, Cardiff

Please note, the final recruitment stage will be an in-person group assessment in mid-late July 2025.

This programme offers a fast-track, rotational experience across core departments, with performance reviews to support your growth. It’s ideal for motivated self-starters eager to support business functions, meet targets, and bring fresh ideas. The core departments include:

  • Front of House: Enhancing visitor, customer, and employee experiences
  • Delivery: Assisting with vehicle collection for customers
  • Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
  • Virtual Prep: Helping customers pre-service, diagnosing faults, or providing education
  • Service: Introduction to vehicle repairs
  • Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
  • Elective Rotation: Final rotation aligned with your future role

Post-programme, based on your performance, you may have opportunities for full-time roles aligned with your strengths and career aspirations.
