As the newest member of Tesla's Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission 'to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you're looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something more exciting, this is a fantastic opportunity to experience all the key entry-level roles at Tesla. The programme focuses on potential rather than academic achievement, with expert career mentorship from passionate industry professionals.
We are currently offering up to 28 vacancies across UK & Ireland locations, with some specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business area. Locations include:
- London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
- South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
- Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
- Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
- Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
- Northeast: Newcastle

This programme offers a challenging, hands-on experience across all core departments, with performance reviews at each rotation to develop your skills. Itβs ideal for motivated self-starters eager to support business functions, meet targets, and bring fresh ideas. You will rotate through departments such as:
- Front of House: Providing excellent experiences to visitors, customers, and employees
- Delivery: Assisting customers during vehicle collection
- Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
- Virtual Prep: Assisting customers before service visits, diagnosing faults, educating customers
- Service: Performing common vehicle repairs
- Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
- Elective Rotation: The final rotation aligned with your potential future role
Post-programme, based on your performance, you may have opportunities to advance your career within Tesla, applying for full-time roles aligned with your strengths and aspirations.
